Intermittent issues loading the Flex Backend application

We are experiencing intermittent issues loading the Flex Backend application, due to an incorrect file being cached on our CDN. The issue affects only certain geographies where the incorrect file is being stored.

Once the CDN cache was invalidated, the issue was resolved for all backend application users.

This issue does not affect end-customer-facing tools like the members portal, mobile app, or the meeting room tablet apps.

The incident is resolved.
